Refund policy
All sales are final. Because every box is made to order, hand-packed, and often personalized, we do not accept returns, and we can’t cancel or change an order once it’s placed. We also can’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or a personalization typo.
If something is wrong on our end, we’ll make it right. If your box arrives damaged, is missing items, or isn’t what you ordered — or if it never arrives — contact us at info@therevengestore.com within 7-14 days of delivery (or expected delivery), with your order number and a photo of any damage. We’ll resolve it with a replacement, a missing-item shipment, or, where appropriate, a refund. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
