Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If we can’t ship to your address, we’ll let you know and refund your order.
Making your box takes a little time
Every box is made to order and hand-packed, so there’s a short production window before it ships. We typically make and pack your box within 1-2 business days. Personalized add-ons may add 1-2 business days.
Shipping speed and cost
• Standard shipping is free and arrives in 2–5 business days after your box ships (not counting the production time above).
• Overnight shipping is available at checkout at the carrier’s real rate, which varies by destination (typically $45–$85).
Order tracking
Once your box ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Because TRS boxes are gifts, our outer packaging is deliberately plain — it doesn’t reveal what’s inside or which collection it is.
Delivery problems
• If a package is marked delivered but can’t be found, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us — we’ll help you open a carrier investigation.
• If a box is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@therevengestore.com within 7-14 days and we’ll make it right (see our Refund Policy).
• We can’t be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of a wrong or undeliverable address, we’ll reship it once you cover reshipping; we can’t refund a made-to-order box in that case.
Address accuracy
Please double-check the recipient’s name and address before you order. Since boxes are made to order, we may not be able to change an address once production starts.
